Do you realise how important a logo is in representing your ShopeeFood store? It can even help increase sales by improving the browsing experience for your customers.
Change your store's banner and logo now to make it easier for customers to recognise you when ordering from ShopeeFood!
Step 1: In the Partner App's 'Settings', tap 'Store Information', and select 'Store Logo and Banner'.
Step 2: Tap on 'Guide' to review the Image Guideline, which includes examples of good and rejected images. Tap 'X' to close once you've finished reviewing.
Step 1: In the Store Logo section, tap 'Edit' to view the Image Guideline reminder, then tap 'Continue'. From there, you can choose to either edit the existing store logo, take a photo using the camera to upload, or select an image from the album to upload.
Step 2: After uploading, tap 'See Preview' to view how the store logo will appear to customers, and tap 'Save'.
Similarly, for the banner, simply update it in the 'Store Banner' section.
⚠️ Note:
Store Logo and Banner can only be added or edited twice within 24 hours. For further edits, please wait 24 hours before proceeding.
Once you have successfully added or edited your Store Logo and Banner, it will be reviewed by a member of the ShopeeFood Team accordingly. It will take up to 1 business day for your Store Logo and Banner to be reviewed.
Please remember to always follow our ShopeeFood's Menu and Content Guidelines. Failure to do so will result in the rejection of your Store Logo and Banner. Do note that Store Logo and Store Banner can also be referred to as Outlet Card and Outlet Banner.
