[ShopeePay Merchant] How will I know if my ShopeePay transaction is successful?

When a ShopeePay transaction is successfully processed, you'll receive a notification from the Shopee Partner App, and the transaction will appear at the top of your Transactions list.

Troubleshooting

 

Here are some common issues that might happen, and the actions you can take:

 

  • The buyer's ShopeePay page on the Shopee App shows that the transaction was successful, but you don't see it on your Shopee Partner Transaction History.
  • Check if your device has a stable internet connection
  • Refresh the Transaction History page
  • →  If these don’t work, ask for the Transaction ID from the buyer, and contact us via chat
 
  • The buyer enters the wrong amount when making a payment.
  • If the paid amount is less than required, kindly request that they make another payment to top up to the correct amount.
 

If the paid amount is more than the required amount, you can refund the buyer in cash or via the Shopee Partner App.

Step 1: Select Transaction 

Step 2: Click on Refund Payment 

Step 3: Enter Store Wallet PIN 

Step 4: View Details

 

  • The buyer is unable to scan the QR code.
  • Advise them to check their mobile device's internet connection
  • If multiple buyers cannot scan your QR code, your account might be facing restrictions due to suspicious activities. Contact us via chat for assistance.
 
  • The buyer is unable to enjoy a promotion.
  • If you are sure that your buyer has fulfilled all the conditions of the promotion, but is unable to redeem the ShopeePay promotion, you can contact us via chat for assistance.
 

⚠️ Note:

Your Store Wallet PIN needs to be set up before you can authorise a refund.
