Settlement Report:
Transaction reports are prepared automatically at the end of each day. Merchants will receive their daily settlement reports through the email provided during registration. The daily settlement report will consist of transactions made between 00:00 - 23:59 from the previous day.
Payment Disbursement:
Upon a buyer's payment, the amount is immediately deposited into your ShopeePay merchant's balance, which you can view in the Shopee Partner App. The amount accumulated at the end of the day will be calculated and processed to be credited into your bank account within 1 - 3 working days.
