[ENG] How To Appeal For Your Shopee Affiliate Account?

You can file an appeal to reactivate your account by submitting your details via the Shopee Affiliates Violation of T&C Appeal Form.
Please note that the Shopee account ban will be actioned once the initial notification has been sent. If an appeal has not been initiated within 5 business days, the appeal form will be rejected.
If you have received the following warning pop-up banner in your affiliate portal, fret not, follow the simple steps below to make an appeal!
Step 1: Understand The Situation
The warning pop-up banner should detail the following information:
The reason for account ban
When will your account be banned
You should also receive an email titled “🚩Violation of Shopee Live Community Guidelines🎬” with more information, including violating post(s) which need to be rectified if applicable.
Step 2: Make Amendments And Gather Supporting Evidence

Providing relevant evidence for your appeal will help us to make more informed decisions, as well as, shorten the time needed for the appeal.
Step 3: Shopee Team To Review Your Appeal
After making the above amendment, please submit relevant evidence via the same violation email thread to initiate your appeal process and we will review your appeal within 5 business days.
Please note that for affiliates who failed to initiate an appeal or make a successful appeal within scheduled ban date, will result in his/her account being banned permanently.

Livestream hosts who have committed a Livestream violation can view their proof of violation when they receive the violation. This will provide violators with greater clarity and understanding about the violation to prevent future re-violations. All violation records are available under Violation Stream. You will also be able to see specific proof of violation tagged to each violation.

Proof of violation is only displayed if it contains non-severe or non-expired violations
Livestream hosts can submit an appeal via the Shopee App if they believe their content has been wrongly penalised. All appeals must be submitted within the given timeframe to be assessed.
Livestream hosts can submit an appeal for each specific violation once (e.g 5 different committed violations means the Livestream host can submit 5 violation appeals). You will have to fill in an appeal form which consists of a compulsory description section. Depending on the type of violation, you may also have to submit supporting documents.
You may track the status of the appeal beside the violation record. Livestream hosts will also be notified of the results via an inbox notification.
