Accessing MCN Partner in Affiliate Marketing Solution (AMS)
You can access the list of MCNs via the Affiliate Marketing Solution menu in Seller Centre.
In the Find MCN menu, you can see a list of MCNs affiliated with Shopee. You can also view their Company Information, a summary of Affiliate’s performance on Key Metrics, and the Top Affiliates.
MCN Campaign on Affiliate Marketing Solution (AMS)
On the Affiliate Marketing Solution (AMS) page, you can select MCN Campaign to view the campaign details before deciding to register.
The table below explains the product registration status with actions you can take:
STATUS | DEFINITION | ACTION |
Need To Be Approved | The product has been registered and is awaiting approval from MCN *Products will automatically be rejected when the promo period ends | If seller wants to cancel the product, seller is required to fill in the reason for cancellation |
Approved | Registered products have been approved by MCN | · If seller wants to cancel the product, the seller is required to fill in the reason for cancellation
· Cancellation requests can be withdrawn
· If the request is not approved by MCN within 7 calendar days, the promotion and commission billing will continue
*Sellers are advised to contact MCN before requesting cancellation |
Rejected | Registered products are rejected by MCN |

Reviewing MCN Partner Campaign Performance in Affiliate Marketing Solution (AMS)
You can view a simple summary to analyse MCN Partner campaign performance via the My campaigns tab on the MCN Campaign page.
You can view Data Overview, Channel Breakdown, and Product Performance in the Performance page.
You can check MCN campaign orders on the Conversion Report page by selecting MCN Campaign under Seller Campaign Type.
