Here are some of the current benefits that Gold Class Streamers will enjoy:

1. Gold Tick Verification  : A prestigious Gold Tick badge will be displayed beside your username when you stream, highlighting your verified status as a top-quality streamer.

2. Upsized Shopee Live Commission: As a Gold Class streamer, you will enjoy an enhanced commission rate for your Shopee Live sessions. This means more earnings for your hard work and exceptional content!

3. Access to Gold Class Vouchers: Our Gold Class Streamers will have access to a new type of voucher that can only be used on Gold Class orange bags!

New Livestream Quality Guidelines and Process Flow

To help us identify our gold class community, we will be implementing a stream quality assessment process to help streamers continue to grow on our platform via helpful tips and guidelines from our account managers. This assessment will be based on the following criteria:

(a) Picture/Audio Quality: This refers to the stream’s audio & video. Clarity & stability are the main focus points that affect the viewer's experience.

(b) Streamer Appearance: This focuses on a streamer's language, & behavior ensuring a safe & inclusive streaming community.

To ensure consistent quality, all managed streamers will undergo daily quality checks (QC). These checks will help us identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to our streamers.

Breaching the quality guidelines

While we are thrilled to introduce these incredible benefits, it is important to note that adherence to our quality guidelines remains crucial. We want to maintain a high standard of content and ensure the best experience for our users. Therefore, the following could happen to your stream if multiple breaches occur and you are placed in the unsatisfactory tier. 

1. Reduced Shopee Live Commission
2. Loss of Livestream Vouchers
3. Revoked Bonus for Eligible Programs
4. Limited Exposure and Stream Deboosting
5. Loss of access to PDP Pop-ups
