Starting 11 March, buyers can now claim and use Shopee Live and Video vouchers via two entry points in the Shopee app:

Option 1: From the Shopee Home Page
1. Go to Shopee Home Page
2. Tap on Discover Live or Discover Video
3. Browse and start watching content

Option 2: From the “Live” or “Video” Navigation Bar
1. Tap on Live or Video from the bottom navigation bar
2. Scroll through livestreams or videos
3. Start watching content

👉 Buyers must enter through these entry points and start browsing to claim and apply Shopee Live and Video vouchers during checkout.

What are the benefits of using Shopee Video and Live vouchers?

Discover Vouchers help affiliates to:
✅ Drive more content-driven orders and engagement
As buyers must enter through Live or Video sections to claim and use Shopee Live and Video vouchers, this drives more focused traffic and increases the chances of conversion during their viewing session.

 ⚠️ Importance of guiding buyers correctly
As Shopee Live and Video vouchers can only be used via eligible entry points, affiliates are encouraged to:

1. Remind viewers to re-enter through the eligible Live or Video entry points 
- For example, in ‘Discover Live’ or Discover Video’ on Home Page or via ‘Live and Video’ navigation bar.

2. Highlight voucher availability during livestreams

3. Guide buyers if they experience issues finding the voucher
