[SPayLater] What should I do if I suspect unauthorised or fraudulent transactions on my SPayLater account?

If you suspect any unauthorised or fraudulent transactions on your SPayLater account, follow these steps immediately:
1. Activate the ShopeePay Kill Switch - This will temporarily freeze your ShopeePay account, preventing any transactions or activities, including SPayLater offline payments and linked payments. You can find the instructions here.

1. Activate the ShopeePay Kill Switch - This will temporarily freeze your ShopeePay account, preventing any transactions or activities, including SPayLater offline payments and linked payments. You can find the instructions here.
Please note that activating the ShopeePay Kill Switch will disable SPayLater transactions outside the Shopee app. However, you can still complete checkouts with SPayLater within the Shopee app.
2. Report the incident to Customer Support - Contact our customer support team via Live Chat or Internet Call as soon as possible to report the issue. Our team will investigate the matter and provide further assistance.
3. Deactivate the Kill Switch when ready - Once the issue is resolved, you can deactivate the Kill Switch by following the instructions in Question 8 here.
Taking these steps promptly can help prevent further unauthorized transactions and secure your account.
