New applicants who have not yet registered through any ShopeeFood Delivery Partner registration form can now register to become a Delivery Partner through just a few simple steps. Registration can only be completed using a smartphone.

Please note that your registration will be processed by the ShopeeFood team within 3 - 4 working days. Registration submission will be accepted only once. Multiple registrations will not be accepted.

Please refer to the initial criteria below for your account opening:

• Aged 18 years and above

• Ensure you are in a ShopeeFood operation area:

• Klang Valley

• Johor Bahru

• Pulau Pinang

• Sabah

• Perak

• Melaka

• Negeri Sembilan

• Sarawak

• Pahang

• Terengganu

Examples:

• Under 18 years old.

• Your account is blacklisted.

• Duplicate IC number.

• Did not verify you are under 60 years old.

• Did not submit a health report for those over 60 years old.
