Keep your store menu accurate, appealing, and easy for customers to browse by adding, editing, or removing dishes in the Shopee Partner Web Portal.

How to create a new dish?
 
Step 1: Log in to the Shopee Partner Web. Go to the Menu and select the store you want to add a new dish.

Step 2: Click Create Dish and fill in the required details:
  • Name, Category, Price and Description

Step 3: Upload a dish image and adjust optional settings:

  • Display Status, Stock Availability and Time for Sale

Step 4: Click Save.

💡Tip: To edit an existing dish, click on the dish name, make the changes, and save.
 
How to bulk upload dishes?
You can create multiple dishes at once, instead of adding them one by one.
 
Step 1: Click Bulk Operation at the top right.
Step 2: Select Main Dishes.
Step 3: Download the provided template and read the guidelines inside.
Step 4: Fill in the template, upload it, and click Submit.

How to edit or delete a dish?
a. To Edit:
  • Click the dish name to open the editing page.

  • Update details as needed.

b. To Update the Stock Availability:

  • Adjust Stock Availability to prevent customers from ordering out-of-stock items:
    • Toggle ON = Available

    • Toggle OFF = Unavailable

c. To Delete:

  • Tick the box beside the dish you want to remove.

  • Click the Delete icon, confirm, and click OK.

d. To Reorder Dishes:

  • Click the sorting arrows to arrange the sequence.
