Option groups are customizable choices for menu items, allowing buyers to personalize their orders based on preferences such as spiciness level, drink sweetness or temperature.

How to create an option group?

Step 1:  Log in to the Shopee Partner Web. Go to the Menu and select the store where you want to create an option group.

 

 

Step 2: Click on Option Group > Create Option Group and fill in the required details:

1. Option Group Name (e.g., Sauce)
2. Option Name (e.g., Chili, Ketchup, Cheese)
3. Price
4. Remarks (Optional)

 

 

Step 3: Select the Selection Limit for the option group and click Link Dish. Then, select the dishes to be linked to this option group.

 

 

How to Edit or Delete an Option Group

Go to Option Group, select the option group name you want to edit or delete, then make the necessary edits or choose to delete the group.
