Perishable goods are products that have a short shelf life and may deteriorate quickly due to environmental factors (e.g. temperature, humidity).

For example: fresh produce, baked goods, cooked food, live products, chilled and frozen products, etc.

How to request a refund for perishable goods

Perishable goods are non-returnable due to the nature of the products. If you select ‘Return Refund’, your request will still be treated as a Refund case.

💡 Tip: For Shopee Mall orders, 'I want to return item in original/ sealed condition' is not a valid return/refund reason for perishable goods. Buyers are advised to take this into consideration before making a purchase.
