1. How do I know if the product is eligible for Delivery with Installation Service?
Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Click on the Cost icon on the product details page.
Step 2: View the eligible shipping options under Shipping Fee information
2. How to choose Delivery with Installation Service as the Shipping Option?
Add the product to your cart or directly check out the product. Select Delivery with Installation Service as the shipping option.
3. How much is the delivery with installation service fees?
Fees vary depending on the installation location and product selection.
4. Can I change the shipping option after my order has been shipped?
The buyer is allowed to cancel the order and change the shipping option anytime before the seller arranges the shipment. Once the seller has arranged the shipment, the buyer is not allowed to cancel the order unless the seller agrees with the cancellation via Chat.
5. Can the buyer return & refund the product after receiving the item and before installation?
The buyer is only allowed to return the product if the item is damaged during transportation or the seller has delivered the wrong product (size, color, model, etc).
6. Can the buyer RR the product after installation?
If the product is faulty/not functioning properly after the installation, the buyer is required to contact the seller.

To view shipping updates for your orders, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to the Me page
Step 2: Go to the To Ship or To Receive tab under My Purchases
Step 3: Select the Shipment Status of your order
Step 4: View all shipping updates
