1. How do I know if the product is eligible for Delivery with Installation Service?
Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Click on the Cost icon on the product details page.
Step 2: View the eligible shipping options under Shipping Fee Information
2. How do I choose Installation Service at Workshop as Shipping Option?
Add the product to your cart or check out the product directly. Select Installation Service at the Workshop as the shipping option.
3. How much is the installation service fee?
Fees vary depending on the product selection.
4. Can I change the shipping option after my order has been shipped?
The buyer is allowed to cancel the order and change the shipping option anytime before the seller confirms the installation service appointment with the buyer. Once the order status has changed from To Ship to To Receive, the buyer is not allowed to cancel the order unless the seller agrees with the cancellation via Chat.
5. Can the buyer return & refund the purchase before installation?
No, no product or service is being delivered to the buyer before the installation service appointment.
6. Can the buyer return & refund the product after installation?
If the product is faulty / not functioning properly after the installation, the buyer is required to contact the seller.

To view shipping updates for your orders, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to the Me page
Step 2: Go to the To Ship or To Receive tab under My Purchases
Step 3: Select the Shipment Status of your order
Step 4: View all shipping updates
