[ShopeeFood] Why my refund request was rejected?

Please be informed that a
refund request will be declined if your submitted refund reason falls under any of the following rejection metrics in our ShopeeFood refund policy:

 

  • Taste preference (e.g. related to the taste of food)
  • Food portion (e.g. size of the meal, comparison with images is not acceptable (images are for illustration purposes only)
  • Change of mind
  • Damaged / defective food packaging where the food quality was not affected
  • Ready-packed items (e.g. pre-packed fruits)
  • Instruction / special request via the notes section

For any issues with your order, such as missing/ incorrect items, food arrived in poor condition or etc, kindly report the issue to us within 24 hours via the Shopee app.

 

⚠️ Note

1. Refund request requires a valid refund reason and clear image proof.

2. Incomplete requests will be rejected.

3. Below are the types of reasons and adequate supporting documents that are permissible:

  • Received a wrong/ incomplete item - HERE
  • No Items were received - HERE 
  • Others (broken seal/ non-consumable item/ damaged/ spilled item) - please refer to the table below
