[SPayLater] Why can't I checkout my orders with SPayLater after activating it?

In the event of a new SPayLater activation, your application will go through a review process. Once the review is completed and approved within two (2) working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays), you may continue to enjoy making purchases using your SPayLater limit. You may refer to the steps below to check your SPaylater account updates:

 

 

Step 1: Go to the Me tab
Step 2: Click on SPayLater
Step 3: Look for the message: 'Sorry, your SPayLater is locked due to security issues. We are reviewing your updated information again'

 

Once your SPayLater account has been approved, please continue to complete your previous checkout process. The previous rejection was due to security reasons to protect you from any unauthorized transactions by a 3rd party.

 

SPayLater is a service provided by SeaMoney Capital Malaysia Sdn Bhd.
