Hi, how can we help?

[Account safety] What to do if there is an unauthorised Shopee transaction on your credit card or bank account?

English | Bahasa Malaysia

Log in to your Shopee account to search for an order that matches the transaction by viewing your
Purchase History.

1. If You Find a Matching Order That You Did Not Make

Ask yourself: Could someone with access to your account (e.g., child, spouse, parent) have made the order?

2. If You Cannot Find a Matching Order in Your Shopee Account

Ask yourself: Does anyone with access to your bank account or credit card know about this charge?

  • If yes, check with them for clarification.

  • If no, take these immediate actions:

    • Contact your bank or card issuer to check if the payment can be cancelled.

    • Report the issue to Shopee Customer Service so we can track and take action against fraudsters.
