The Edit Order feature allows you to make changes to your customer’s order directly in the Partner App.
If your menu item suddenly runs out while preparing an order, you can now adjust the order accordingly. Kindly follow the steps below to edit your order in the Partner App:


📝 Important Reminder:
Please take note of the following before editing your customer’s order:
- Inform your customer first
Always call your customer to let them know that one or more items in their order are unavailable.
- Remove / reduce the out-of-stock items
Once the customer is informed, you may remove the unavailable items from the order list. - Refunds
The reduced amount in the total order will be automatically refunded to the customer.
⚠️ In case of an emergency where the entire order needs to be cancelled, please fill out this form for further assistance.
That’s it! Once the order is updated, your customer will receive the revised order details in real time, as shown in the picture below.
