International Top-Up is a service that allows you to top up mobile credits for overseas prepaid mobile network operators using your Shopee app account.
2) What is the minimum balance required in my ShopeePay account if I want to perform a top-up via International Top-Up?
You can perform a top-up via International Top-Up as long as you have sufficient balance in your ShopeePay account. Alternatively, you may select other available payment methods.
3) Are there any fees and charges for every top-up I make via International Top-Up?
Only the amount you wish to top up will be deducted from your ShopeePay account. There are no additional fees or charges for International Top-Up.
4) Will the recipient receive the top-up amount in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or the local currency?
The top-up amount will be converted into the local currency of the recipient's country.
5) How will I know if the top-up I made via International Top-Up is successful?
The recipient will typically receive the International Top-Up within 30 minutes. However, if the sender/recipient does not receive any notification within this time frame, please contact our Shopee Customer Support by submitting an enquiry in the Help Centre. A Customer Support agent will respond soon (Monday - Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, excluding Public Holidays).
6) Can I choose a different amount from the denominations listed under International Top-Up?
No, only the denominations listed in the Shopee app can be selected for International Top-Up.

No, cancellation and refund are not available. However, if the account number does not exist, the transaction will fail, and payment will not be processed.
