We introduced a new Internet Call feature on our Shopee app on 27 December 2023. This feature allows you to connect directly with our Shopee Customer Service representative and is free of charge.
All Shopee users, whether buyers or sellers, can easily reach Shopee Customer Service through the Internet Call feature available within the Shopee app.

Guide for Users
Step 1: Open the Shopee App and tap on "Me".
Step 2: Scroll down and select "Help Center".
Step 3: Under the Help Center, tap "Internet Call".
Step 4: Select Buyer or Seller.
Step 5: Select the type of inquiry you need assistance with
Step 6: Click on "Speak with an agent" to proceed.
Step 7: Choose your preferred language.
Step 8: You will be connected to our Customer Service agent.

If you're having issue accessing the Internet Call, you can still reach us via Live Chat in the Shopee app. We’re here to assist you anytime!
