Commencing on 19 March 2024, you can choose the reason - Change of Mind (CoM) for all categories on Shopee.
All items with the 15 Days Free Returns. No Questions Asked* tag/drawer displayed on item cards and product detail pages throughout the Shopee platform are eligible for returns under the ‘Change of Mind (CoM)’ reason.
How to raise a return/refund request under Change of Mind (CoM):
Step 1: Select ‘To Receive’ under ‘My Purchases’ on the Me tab
Step 2: Select the order you wish to return
Step 3: Click on ‘Return/Refund’
Step 4: Select ‘I have received all of my items but there are issues’
Step 5: Choose your return/refund reason
Step 6: Pick ‘Change of Mind’
Step 7: Press on the ‘Confirm’ button
Step 8: Describe your request (not mandatory)
Step 9: Select ‘Submit’
⚠️ Note: Bear in mind that there are some basic exclusions for certain categories in which Change of Mind (CoM) is not allowed. Find out what kinds of products are not returnable due to Change of Mind Returns.
If you don’t like the item you’ve ordered or change your mind after receiving your parcel; just raise a return/refund request under the Change of Mind (CoM) reason.
