Get ready to enjoy the Shopee shopping experience with peace of mind as we launch an updated version of the 'I want to return item in original / sealed condition' reason under return/refund requests.

Commencing on 06 December 2024, you can choose the reason - I want to return item in original / sealed condition for all categories on Shopee.

I want to return item in original / sealed condition:

Step 1: Go to the Me tab

Step 2: Select To Receive

Step 3: Select Order

Step 4: Click on the Return/Refund button

Step 5: Select the reason "Other" for your return/refund reason

Step 6: Choose I want to return item in original / sealed condition

Step 7: Click on Confirm

Step 8: Describe your request (not mandatory) and provide photo/video

Step 9: Click on Submit

⚠️ Note: Bear in mind that there are some basic exclusions for certain categories in which I want to return item in original / sealed condition is not allowed. Find out What kind of products are not returnable using I want to return item in original / sealed condition Return?.

If you don’t like the item you’ve ordered after receiving your parcel; just raise a return/refund request under the 'I want to return item in original / sealed condition' reason.

You can raise a return/refund request during your order’s Shopee Guarantee Period.

That’s not all! Under the 'I want to return item in original / sealed condition' reason, you won’t have to worry about bearing any cost as the shipping fees are covered.

Learn how to easily ship your parcel for return/refund at your convenience. For a smooth return/refund, ensure the following are met:

• Original labels/tags/seals remain intact
• Products under the Electronic Category have to remain SEALED (i.e., the seal is not broken, been tampered with, or altered) and in RESALABLE CONDITION (i.e., Product has NO sign of: use, wear and tear or any damage) to be considered eligible for 'I want to return item in original / sealed condition' returns.
• The product is returned in a complete set/quantity
• Serial numbers are intact
• The product hasn’t been installed and uninstalled (e.g., the thermal seal hasn’t been broken, or the product hasn’t been taken apart)
• The product isn’t classified as hazardous material or uses flammable liquids/gases
• The product isn’t a speciality product, which includes: Mystery boxes, brand boxes, surprise boxes, custom or made-to-order products

Items eligible for 'I want to return item in original / sealed condition' returns will be listed as 15 Days Free Returns without an Asterisk (*) whereas ineligible items will be listed as 15 Days Free Returns*.
