[SPayLater] Why is my SPayLater refund not updated?

Scenario 1: Before the ‘Order Received’ button is clicked
 
If you have requested a refund before clicking on the ‘Order Received’ button, the order will not be billed or appear in your SPayLater bill.
 
However, if you have requested a partial refund on a particular order before clicking the ‘Order Received’ button, the partial amount will be restored to your SPayLater limit. The remaining order amount can be viewed in your SPayLater bill by following the steps below:
 
Step 1: Go to the ‘Me’ page
Step 2: Click on 'SPayLater' under the My Wallet tab
Step 3: Click on 'Transaction'
Step 4: Go to the 'All' tab
Step 5: Search for the order(s) purchased and click on it
Step 6: View order amount on the Transaction Details page under Refund Transaction
Step 7: Click on Installment Details for installment tenure and status (Paid/Unpaid)
 
Alternatively, you can compare the amount billed in your SPayLater bill with the order details on your ‘My Purchases’ page by following these steps:
 
Step 1: Copy the order ID from your ‘Installment Details’ page
Step 2: Go to the ‘My Purchases’ page and paste the order ID
Step 3: Compare the ‘Order Total’ amount with the amount shown on the ‘Installment Details’ page.
 
Scenario 2: After the ‘Order Received’ button is clicked.
 
If your refund request is approved after clicking the ‘Order Received’ button, you may notice the refund adjustment in your bill as follows:
 
Refund Amount = Total amount of the item(s) for which you requested a refund
Waiver Amount = Processing fee waived for the refunded item(s)

To verify the refunded amount, please follow these steps:
 
Step 1: Go to the ‘Me’ page
Step 2: Click on 'SPayLater' under the My Wallet tab
Step 3: Click on 'My Bill'
Step 4: Search for the bill containing the refunded order
Step 5: View the Refund Amount and Waiver Amount on the ‘Bills Details’ page
Step 6: Click on the refunded item to copy the ‘Order ID
Step 7: Go to the ‘My Purchases’ page and paste the ‘Order ID
Step 8: Compare the ‘Order Total’ amount with the amount shown on the ‘Installment Details’ page.
