[ShopeeFood Merchant] How to create Direct Discount via Promotion in the Partner App?

You can now create ShopeeFood promotions for your buyers! Offering discounts is a great way to attract more customers to your ShopeeFood store. With the Promotion feature in the Shopee Partner App, you can create different types of discounts based on your business needs.


There are two types of discounts available:

  • Direct Discount – Offer a discount on the entire order value, such as RM10 off with a minimum spend of RM30 or 20% off with a minimum spend of RM30.

  • Item Discount – Offer a discount on selected items in your menu, either by a fixed amount or percentage.

Steps to set up a Direct Discount Promotion

Open the app and make sure you are using the admin account you want to enrol.


  1. Open ShopeePartner: Sign in and check the selected store name before continuing.

  2. Go to the promotion entry point: Tap the "Promotion" icon on the bottom menu bar.

  3. Select Direct Discount: Set the discount period, select promotion scheme, set a quota, accept terms, and join.

  1. Customise your settings: Set up your promotion according to the guidelines below.

  1. Review and Submit: Please review your details before submitting. Once submitted, your promotion is successfully created, and will run based on the selected promotion period.


Need to change or cancel a promotion?

  1. Go to My Activities: Open Shopee Partner, sign in, check the selected store name, then tap the "Promotion" icon and select "My Activities".

  2. Select your ongoing promotion: Tap "My Promos", followed by "Ongoing", and select the promotion you wish to cancel.

  3. Edit and Delete: Review the details of the promotion you wish to cancel. Once you tap Delete and confirm, your promotion will be successfully cancelled.

Promotion Performance Review

  1. Go to My Activities: Open Shopee Partner, sign in, check the selected store name, then tap the "Promotion" icon and select "My Activities".

  2. Select an ended promotion: Tap "My Promos", followed by "Ended", and select the completed promotion you want to review.

  3. Track performance outcomes: Review the summary details of your completed promotion, and track the total orders and sales from all your promotion.
