If you wish to deactivate your ShopeePay service as a merchant, please fill out our ShopeePay Merchant Offboarding Form with your merchant or store details, and tap Submit to proceed with the deactivation process.
The ShopeePay team will review your request, and it may take up to 7 to 14 working days to complete the account closure. This will also allow us to update you on any pending outstanding matters.
These are the 7 steps to deactivate your ShopeePay service for your merchant or store account:
Step 1: Enter your Email Address

Step 2: Fill in your Merchant ID or Merchant Full Name

- If you do not remember your Merchant ID or Merchant Full Name you can follow this step:
Step 3: Select your Offboarding Preference

Please choose Merchant Level only if you wish to offboard the entire merchant account, including all stores. Please choose Store Level if you wish to offboard any specific store and fill in the stores information.
Step 4: Select the reason for deactivating your account
Step 5: Provide your Offboarding Document

Step 6: Attach a coloured copy of the front and back of the original director鈥檚 IC

Step 7: Attach a selfie photo with your IC
