[Return Refund] How do I return my item(s) using Shopee Free Return with Flash Express?

You can utilise Flash Express as a Shopee Free Return courier for items weighing 50kg and below, effective 6 September 2024.
Once your return request is approved, you can return the item(s) to the seller within 6 days using Shopee Free Returns with Flash Express at zero shipping cost.
Flash Express allows you to drop off your parcel at the closest hub or have the courier pick up the parcel from your doorstep. For your reference, you may view the list of drop-off point locations to see the hubs closest to you.
- Shopee Free Return Drop Off is available for J&T, J&T Cargo, SPX Express, and PosLaju
- Shopee Free Return Pick Up is also available for J&T, SPX Express and J&T Cargo
Here's how to enjoy Free Returns with Flash Express:
Flash Express Drop Off
1. Raise a request using our app 📱
Step 1: Go to the Me tab
Step 2: Click on To Receive
Step 3: Select the order you wish to request for a Return/Refund
Step 4: Click on the Return/Refund button
Step 5: Choose your Reason for a Return/Refund
Step 6: Fill out the Description Section
Step 7: Click on Submit
Step 8: Select Drop Off
Step 9: Choose Flash (Free Return)
Step 10: Click on Confirm
Step 11: Show the generated Barcode at the logistics centre
2. Pack the product 📦
Pack the product in its original packaging before you drop it off at the logistics centre. This includes a carton box (if any) or additional packaging to protect the product.
Alternatively, you can purchase packaging at Flash Express drop off points for a fee.
3. Hand over the parcel 📄
Proceed to drop off the return parcel at the nearest Flash Express drop-off point before the cut-off date.
Show the generated Barcode to the Drop-off point personnel and they will assist you to print out the return airway bill (AWB).

Flash Express service staff will assist you in attaching the physical return AWB to the return parcel.
Flash Express Pick Up
1. Raise a request using our app 📱
Step 1: Go to the Me tab
Step 2: Click on To Receive
Step 3: Select the order you wish to request for a Return/Refund
Step 4: Click on the Return/Refund button
Step 5: Choose your Reason for a Return/Refund
Step 6: Fill out the Description Section
Step 7: Click on Submit
Step 8: Select Pick Up and Choose ‘Flash Express (Free Return)’
Step 9: Select your preferred Pick Up Date and Time
Step 10: Click on Confirm
Step 11: Show the generated Barcode to the driver or Print & Paste
2. Pack the product 📦
Pack the product in its original packaging which includes a carton box (if any) or additional packaging to protect the product. You can either print the Barcode with the Tracking Number and attach it to the parcel or skip the step entirely and simply show the generated barcode to the driver to scan it when they arrive at your destination address.
3. Generate return label & hand over the parcel 📄
Ensure the parcel is ready for pick up on the selected date and time. Simply hand over the parcel to the courier personnel.
⚠️ Note:
- You must return the item(s) to the seller within the specified time
- Please ensure you select the return option within 2 days and visit the designated branch within 3 days
- Once the return parcel reaches the seller, they will assess the item(s) condition
- The seller will decide to accept or reject the returned parcel
- If a dispute arises, our Shopee Dispute team will mediate
- The refund is processed immediately if your request is approved, subject to the refund time frame of your payment method
- All the involved parties (buyer, seller, dispute agent) can track the parcel on the app
