[ShopeeFood Delivery Partner] I Received an Error Message When Logging In. What Should I Do?

If you receive such a message, it means you have downloaded an unauthorised third-party application to receive ShopeeFood orders, and the Delivery Partner app is blocking you from logging into the platform.

  • GPS spoofing applications

  • Modification applications

  • Illegal assistance applications

Please follow the steps below to ensure you can log back into your Delivery Partner app and operate normally:

  1. Deactivate the GPS spoofing and modification apps from your phone. 

  2. Go to the settings of the Delivery Partner App, and clear the cache and data.

  3. Log back into your account within 30 minutes

If the Delivery Partner app still blocks you from logging in, you may not be able to access your account for up to 1 day. Therefore, ensure you are using the correct Delivery Partner app to operate with ShopeeFood.
