What is Next Day Delivery?

The Next Day Delivery Channel is a shipping option that guarantees the delivery of selected Shopee orders within the next working day. 

 

How does it work?

 

Depending on your location, the next day delivery cut-off time for your order might be before 2:00 PM or 11:59 PM.

 

For example:

  • Order by 2:00 PM on Monday, and your parcel will arrive on Tuesday.

  • Even if you miss the cut-off time, you’ll still get your order by Wednesday.

Step 1: Click on the Filter icon 
Step 2: Select Next Day Delivery 
Step 3: Click on Apply 
Step 4: Click on the product 
Step 5: Click on Buy Now
Step 6: Next Day Delivery shipping option on the Checkout page 
 
Why can't I view the Next Day Delivery shipping option?
 
You can't view the Next Day Delivery shipping option due to the following reasons:
  • The product is not eligible for Next Day Delivery
  • Buyer's shipping address is not in a serviceable area
  • Product is for pre-order
 

⚠️ Note:
  • Starting 27 November 2024, Next Day Delivery will also cover orders within East Malaysia.
  • Next Day Delivery is currently available for Selected Shopee Sellers.
  • Next Day Delivery applies only to orders placed on working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day
  • Eligible products for Next Day Delivery will appear at checkout; otherwise, the product or address does not qualify.

For the Next Day Delivery shipping option, please note that the weight and dimension limitations for orders are as follows:
 
  • Maximum Weight: 30 kg 
  • Maximum Dimensions: 125 cm (Length) x 125 cm (Width) x 125 cm (Height)
 
💡 Tip:
You can claim a compensation voucher if your Next Day Delivery order does not arrive on the expected date.
