1) What is the minimum balance required in the Driver Wallet to accept COD orders?
You are encouraged to maintain a balance of at least RM100 to ensure you receive more orders

2) Do I need to deposit the cash collected from customers into the Shopee bank account?
No, the payment to the restaurant will be deducted from your Driver Wallet. The cash you receive from customers is entirely yours.

3) Do I need to pay the vendor or restaurant first when I pick up a COD order?
No, you do not need to pay the vendor. Simply collect the order from the restaurant as usual and collect the cash from the customer at the drop-off point.

4) Will COD orders and regular orders be combined in a Stacked/Grouped Order situation?
Yes, regular orders and COD orders can be combined in a Stacked/Grouped Order situation.

5) Do I need to provide change when handling COD orders?
Yes, it is advisable to carry small change (floating cash) to provide the correct change if the customer gives an amount larger than the order total.

6) How will my delivery fee be paid if I handle COD orders?
Your delivery fee will be paid as usual, credited to your Driver Wallet.

7) What should I do if the customer cannot be reached (for COD orders)?
If the customer cannot be reached and you have waited at the drop-off location for more than 5 minutes, contact ShopeeFood Customer Service via chat or email for further assistance.

8) If a COD order is cancelled by the customer and the cash has not yet been collected, how long will it take to process the return of my advanced deposit?
The advanced deposit will be refunded to your Driver Wallet within 5 working days after the cancellation is confirmed. Ensure you contact ShopeeFood Customer Service via chat or email when facing order cancellations or issues related to COD orders.
