[ShopeePay & ShopeeFood Merchant] How to reset password for One Shopee Account (ToC)

Oops! It seems like you've forgotten your password. Don't worry, we understand how frustrating that can be. We're here to help you regain access to your account swiftly. Just follow these simple steps to reset your password using the Shopee Partner App:

If you've lost access to your phone number and can't log in, please fill out the Update Information Form.

 

 

1. Go to Shopee Partner

• Tap on "Forgot?" on the Log In page.

 

2. Enter the Phone Number or Email Address linked to your account.

• Select "Next” after inputting your details.

 

3. A pop-up will appear that the details are currently linked to a Shopee account.

• Click "OK" to proceed with resetting your password.

 

4. A verification captcha will pop up.

• Click "OK" to proceed with resetting your password.

 

5. A selection of method will appear between Phone or Email

• Confirm the method to receive the OTP

 

6. Key In your OTP Verification number

• You will have 30 seconds to do so until you generate a new one

 

7. Set your New Password

• Password must be 8-16 characters long, contain at least one uppercase and one lowercase character, and include one letters, numbers or common punctuation

 

8. Confirm your password by Clicking “Reset Password”

• Upon doing so, you will have successfully reset your password.
