You may not be able to use the SPayLater offline payment option at certain physical stores for the following reasons:
Your SPayLater available limit is not sufficient
Your SPayLater account is frozen
Your SPayLater account is not eligible for offline purchase
SPayLater blacklists the merchant
The merchant does not accept SPayLater
The merchant is not eligible for SPayLater in-store payment
If you were previously able to use SPayLater for purchases at certain stores but are not able to do so now, please be aware that SeaMoney periodically updates the eligibility criteria for SPayLater. This means the store might no longer accept SPayLater as a payment option. SPayLater is a service provided by SeaMoney Capital Malaysia Sdn Bhd.
