[Return Refund] How do I return my item(s) using Shopee Return with Best Cargo?

📣 Attention: 

Shopee Return with Best Cargo is available for items weighing 500kg and below.

You may choose the following return methods:

  • Drop Off  at Best Cargo outlets
  • Pick Up from your doorstep

Best Cargo now is available in WM & EM (Selected Postcodes).
  
Once your return request is approved, you can return the item(s) to the seller within 6 days with Best Cargo at your convenience!
 
For Pick Up, Best Cargo will collect the parcel from your doorstep. For Drop Off, you may bring the parcel to a Best Cargo outlet within the return timeframe.

You may also check the list of Best Cargo outlets to confirm whether the service is available in your area.

Here's how to enjoy Returns with Best Cargo:

1. Raise a request using our app 📱 

 

Step 1: Go to the Me tab
Step 2: Click on To Receive
Step 3: Select the order you wish to request for a Return/Refund
Step 4: Click on the Return/Refund button
Step 5: Choose your Reason for a Return/Refund
Step 6: Fill out the Description Section
Step 7: Click on Submit
Step 8: Select Drop Off or ‘Pick Up’
Step 9: 

  1.  if Drop off, Choose Best Cargo

  2. If Pickup is selected, please choose your preferred pickup time. Best Cargo will collect the parcel from your pickup address on the selected date

Step 10: Click on Confirm
Step 11: Show the generated Barcode at the logistics centre or Print & Paste
 

2. Pack the product 📦 

 

Pack the product in its original packaging, including a carton box (if any) or additional packaging to protect it. You can either print the return airway bill (AWB) and attach it to the parcel or skip the step entirely and simply show the generated barcode at the logistics centre.

 

⚠️ Note:
 

  • There may be occasional issues when generating a return barcode for our partnered courier to scan your return parcel, possibly due to temporary system glitches. Kindly contact our Customer Service team via the channels at the bottom of the page for assistance.


3. Hand over the parcel 📄

 
If you’ve selected Pick Up, ensure the parcel is ready on the confirmed date and time. You may either print and paste the airway bill on the parcel, or flash the barcode for the driver to scan when they arrive.

 
If you’ve selected Drop Off, bring the parcel to a Best Cargo outlet available in your area within the return timeframe. You may either print and paste the airway bill on the parcel, or show the barcode at the service counter for scanning.

 

⚠️ Note: 

  
  • You must return the item(s) to the seller within the specified time

  • Please ensure you select the return option within 2 days and visit the designated branch within 3 days

  • Once the return parcel reaches the seller, they will assess the item(s) condition 

  • The seller will decide to accept or reject the returned parcel 

  • If a dispute arises, our Dispute team will mediate

  • The refund is processed immediately if your request is approved, subject to the refund time frame of your payment method

  • All the involved parties (buyer, seller, dispute agent) can track the parcel on the app
