1. How can I check the status of my transactions?
You (Sender) can check on the status of your Overseas Transfer send transaction as guided below.
Step 1: Log in to the Shopee App
Step 2: Click on the ShopeePay e-wallet button on the Shopee homepage
Step 3: Scroll down to view Transaction History
Step 4: Click on the Overseas Transfer transaction you wish to pull up
Step 5: Status available at the top of Transaction Info page
2. How do I know if my transaction was not completed?
You may check the status of your transaction as guided above.
If the transaction status states:
- Funds ready for pickup - The funds are ready to be picked up by the recipient at their local Western Union agent location.
- Transfer completed - your recipient has already picked up the Transfer amount and the Send transaction is completed.
3. Can my beneficiary/relatives/friends call the Western Union toll-free helpline to check the status of the Western Union transactions on my behalf (Sender)?
No. Only the Sender can call and check on the transaction status.
