1. What is ShopeePay Invest?

ShopeePay Invest is an investment account that offers access to unit trust funds, which are distributed by iFAST Capital Sdn Bhd. For more information on each fund available through ShopeePay Invest, you may refer to the ShopeePay Invest page on the Shopee app by following the steps below:

Step 1: Go to the Me tab

Step 2: Click on ShopeePay under My Wallet

Step 3: Click on View All

Step 4: Click on ShopeePay Invest

2. What are the features available on ShopeePay Invest?

ShopeePay Invest allows you to browse, buy, monitor, switch, transfer, and sell your unit trust fund investments via the Shopee app.

4. Where can I view the Prospectus, Disclosure Documents and Product Highlights Sheet?

You may view the Prospectus, Disclosure Documents (including any fund fact sheet and fund reports), and Product Highlights Sheet by following the steps below:

Step 1: Go to the Me tab

Step 2: Click on ShopeePay under My Wallet

Step 3: Click on View All

Step 4: Click on ShopeePay Invest

Step 5: Select your desired Fund

Step 6: Click to view Prospectus, Disclosure Documents and Product Highlights Sheet

5. Are my investments in the funds protected by Perbadanan Insurans Deposit Malaysia (PIDM)?

Investment products are not insured by PIDM. Your investments in the unit trust funds are not deposits and are subject to investment risks, including possible loss of all or part of your investments. Please exercise prudence when investing by conducting your research.

6. Are the platforms and funds regulated by the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC)?

Yes, ShopeePay Invest and the funds offered on the platform distributed by iFAST Capital Sdn Bhd are regulated by the SC.

7. Who is eligible to invest?

Nationality: Malaysian only
Age: 18 and above
ShopeePay Account Status: Activated and eKYC-ed
Restrictions: Individuals with US indicia
(any person who meets any one of the following criteria: US citizenship/US tax resident/US place of birth/US mailing or permanent address/US telephone number)
Additional requirements: Investors should read the fund prospectus, which contains any additional eligibility criteria relating to an investment in the fund.

8. What are the considerations before deciding to invest?

You are required to read and comprehend the Prospectus, Disclosure Documents and Product Highlights Sheet for a fund before making any investments in that fund. Please note that investing in an investment fund involves inherent risks, which are outlined in the fund's Prospectus. As an investor, you need to assess these risks independently and seek professional guidance when necessary.

9. Is my account eligible for EPF/PRS investment schemes?
