Shopee VIP is a subscription plan providing users with exclusive benefits and savings when shopping on Shopee.
Free 1-Month Trial
All Shopee users who subscribe to Shopee VIP are eligible for a free 1-month Shopee VIP trial. During this period, you will be able to enjoy all Shopee VIP benefits at no cost.
After the trial period ends, your Shopee VIP paid subscription will automatically commence and the payment cycle will begin. You may cancel your subscription at any time, including during the free trial.
How to Subscribe to ShopeeVIP:
- Go to the Me page and select ShopeeVIP
- Click Get It Now
- Proceed to checkout
After Purchase:
- Upon a successful order, you will receive a push notification on your phone.
- The ShopeeVIP vouchers will be automatically added to your Voucher Wallet within 24 hours of subscription. After the first subscription cycle, vouchers will be credited to your Voucher Wallet at the beginning of every subscription cycle.
- Go to your Voucher Wallet to view your available vouchers.
- Free Shipping Vouchers are valid for 31 days upon being credited into your Voucher Wallet.
- Daily Vouchers are valid for 1 day and will be credited to your Voucher Wallet every day.
- Please read the terms and conditions of the vouchers prior to use.
Payment and Renewal:
- ShopeeVIP is a monthly subscription plan providing subscribers with exclusive benefits
- After the end of the free trial, your subscription to ShopeeVIP is auto-renewed indefinitely at the periodic intervals nominated by you until the subscription is either cancelled by you or terminated by us in accordance with these Subscription Terms.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription during a subscription cycle, your payment for that cycle will not be refunded. Unless otherwise indicated, cancellation will take effect from the end of the subscription cycle in which you cancel. In the meantime, you may still use the remaining unused ShopeeVIP vouchers in your voucher wallet until the end of the subscription cycle.
- Once cancelled, you may resubscribe to ShopeeVIP at any time.
- You may set a sequential payment selection by going to the ShopeePay page -> ‘Me’ -> ‘Settings’ -> ‘ShopeePay Linked Services’. If you do not set a sequential payment, Shopee will set one for you, and you hereby agree to such a sequential payment set. You may change your sequential payment selection at any time.
- The subscription fee for ShopeeVIP will be automatically deducted at the periodic interval nominated by you on the first day of each subscription cycle, following a sequential payment selection set by you (if applicable). By subscribing to ShopeeVIP, you agree to pay the subscription fee and authorise Shopee to auto-deduct the ShopeeVIP subscription fee based on your chosen payment method and/or sequential payment selection.
- If an auto-deduction attempt fails, the Shopee system will proceed to deduct payment from the next available payment method in order of your sequential payment selection. If all available payment methods fail, your subscription will be suspended
- If all payment methods fail, your subscription will be cancelled. You may subsequently initiate a new subscription manually at any time (refer to “How to subscribe to Shopee VIP”).
Cancellation:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the Me Page > ShopeeVIP > Cancel Subscription > Confirm.
- Please refer to the ShopeeVIP terms and conditions regarding cancellation before proceeding to cancel your subscription.
