What is a Birthday Voucher?

Birthday vouchers are preloaded into your Voucher Wallet 3 days before your birthday date (only available for Silver members and above). 

Steps to find your Birthday Voucher:

Step 1: From the Shopee app homepage, tap the Vouchers/Discounts icon. 

• Alternatively, navigate to Me > My Wallet > Vouchers/Discounts.

Step 2: Locate the Birthday Voucher with a Birthday Cake icon.
