Managing your store’s earnings just got easier! With the Partner Web Wallet, you can now view and download your wallet’s real-time available balance, including a list of settlement inflows and withdrawal outflows. Here’s a quick guide to help you understand the Balance feature.
✅ How to Check Your Wallet Balance?
Step 1: Open the ShopeeFood Partner Web on your desktop or mobile browser and log in to your ShopeeFood admin account.
Step 2: Click on the Wallet tab and select Balance. You will be able to view your real-time available balance here. If you see RM0, don't worry, ShopeeFood will automatically withdraw your balance to your bank account.

Step 3: Filter the data by selecting a date range. You can view up to the last 93 days of data.

Step 4: Under wallet balance types, two options will be shown - Settlement and Withdrawal. Click on an Order ID to view the transaction details in a pop-up window.

Besides tracking, you may also export the balance report from the Partner Web.
✅ How to export the Balance Report?
Step 1: Click on the Export button.
Step 2: Select your desired date range. You can export data for up to the past 365 days.
Step 3: Click Confirm to Download. Your report will be downloaded as a file for your records.
