Managing your store’s earnings just got easier! With the Partner Web Wallet, you can now view and download your transaction history, including detailed order-level activities such as order payments, ad deductions, and manual adjustments. Here’s a quick guide to help you explore the Transaction feature.
✅ How to Check Your Transaction?
Step 1: Open the ShopeeFood Partner Web on your desktop or mobile browser and log in to your ShopeeFood admin account.
Step 2: Click on the Wallet tab and select Transaction. You can choose the specific store you want to view.
Step 3: Filter the data by selecting a date range. You can view up to the last 93 days of data and transaction type. Leave the transaction type blank to view all transaction types, or choose from the available options: Order Payment, Adjustment and Ads Deduction.
💡 Tip: Click on an Order ID to view detailed transaction information in a pop-up window.
✅ How to export the Settlement Report?
Step 1: Click on the Export button.
Step 2: Select your desired date range. You can export data for up to the past 365 days.
Step 3: Click Confirm to Download. Your report will be downloaded as a file for your records.
