If you find your account blocked due to suspicious activities on your account or did not violate any of Shopee’s policies, kindly follow the steps below to have your account reinstated.
a. Users who are unable to Login to their Account 🔓
Step 1: Go to the Me tab
Step 2: Click on Help Center
Step 3: Click on Chat
Step 4: Type Live Agent
Step 5: Click on Chat with agent
Step 6: Select the topic as Account and Security
Step 7: Select your preferred Language
Step 8: You will then be redirected to a live chat agent
Prepare to send the following supporting documents if requested: - An image of your identification card
- A selfie holding your IC
- A copy of the latest bank statement
- A screenshot of the login error message
⚠️ Note:
- Please remember to select Account and Security as the enquiry type to be redirected to a Shopee live chat agent.
b. Users who are able to Login to their Account 🔑
Step 1: Go to the Me tab
Step 2: Click on Chat with Shopee
Step 3: Type Appeal for Account
Step 4: Select Shopee Account
Step 5: Click on Check Account
Step 6: Enter your Phone Number or Email Address
Step 7: Click on Confirm
Step 8: Click on Upload Documents
Step 9: Fill out the Account Reactivation Form
