You may withdraw the balance in Money+ into your ShopeePay eWallet balance or your first-party bank account registered under your name. We are unable to support withdrawals into a joint account.
Step 1: Tap the Money+ icon from the ShopeePay eWallet homepage.
Step 2: Select Withdraw.
Step 3: Enter the Amount to withdraw > Choose your preferred withdrawal method (ShopeePay eWallet/bank account).
Step 4: Tick off the T&C box > Select Withdraw and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transaction.

withdrawal amount depends on where you choose to withdraw your funds to:
Minimum Withdrawal Amount:
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM10, whether you are requesting a withdrawal to your bank account or your ShopeePay eWallet.
Maximum Withdrawal Amount:
If you opt to withdraw to your bank account, there is no maximum withdrawal amount.
If you opt to withdraw to your ShopeePay eWallet, the maximum amount you can withdraw is restricted by your ShopeePay eWallet limit.
The time taken for your withdrawal to be credited depends on where you choose to withdraw your funds to:
Withdrawal to ShopeePay eWallet:
The money will be credited to your ShopeePay eWallet instantly.
Withdrawal to Bank Account:
Depends on the time of your request:
If your withdrawal request is made before 2:00 PM on a business day (T), the money will typically be transferred within 1 business day from the successful processing of your request (T+1).
If your withdrawal request is made at or after 2:00 PM on a business day (T), your request will be treated as a submission for the next business day, and the money will typically be transferred within 2 business days from the successful processing of your request (T+2).
It is advisable to check your bank account as the funds might be transferred before ShopeePay's transaction status is updated (which usually occurs about 1 day later upon receiving confirmation from the bank).
ShopeePay and iFAST do not charge any fees for withdrawal.
Withdrawal to ShopeePay eWallet:
No fees charged for withdrawal to ShopeePay eWallet
Withdrawal to Bank Account:

7. Other than my own bank account, can I withdraw to my credit card?
No, withdrawal can only be done into your ShopeePay eWallet or your first-party bank account registered under your own name only.
8. How will I know when the withdrawal has been paid to my bank account?
You will receive a notification on your ShopeePay eWallet homepage that a successful withdrawal transaction was made.
9. I made a withdrawal request before the cut-off time on a business day. Why is the withdrawal amount not reflected in my bank account balance after 2 business days?
If your withdrawal amount has not been reflected in your bank account balance after 3 business days, please contact ShopeePay Customer Service for assistance and to investigate the reason for the delay.
For any inquiries, ShopeePay can be contacted via the following free channels:
(1) Shopee App: Select the “Me” tab, select Help Centre, then scroll to the bottom to access (i) Chat or (ii) Internet Call.
(2) ShopeePay App: Select the “Me” tab, select Help Centre, then scroll to the bottom to access Chat.
10. Where can I view my withdrawal transaction status?
You can view your withdrawal transaction status on the Money+ page by following these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Money+ page.
Step 2: Navigate to Balance Details.
Step 3: You can view all your transactions here, including your withdrawal status
11. I have requested a withdrawal to my bank account. My withdrawal transaction status indicates that it is still being processed. What does this mean?
Your withdrawal transaction is still being processed:
As soon as the name of your ShopeePay eWallet and bank account matches (status: verified), you will see a verified tag, and your subsequent withdrawal request will take 2 business days (T+2) to complete processing.
However, you may want to check your bank account first, as occasionally, money may be transferred into your bank account, but ShopeePay will only update the status upon receiving confirmation from the bank, which can be 1 day later.
12. What does it mean when the withdrawal transaction status is shown as unsuccessful?
When your withdrawal transaction status is shown as unsuccessful, it means that the transfer of funds from your Money+ balance could not be completed.
One potential reason for an unsuccessful withdrawal is that you attempted to withdraw to a bank account that is not in your own name (a third-party account). For security reasons, you can only withdraw to a first-party bank account registered under your own name.
13. Can I close my Money+ account anytime I want?
To inquire about the process for closing your Money+ account or to proceed with closure, please contact ShopeePay Customer Service for assistance.
