1. How to add AppleCare+? 
  • AppleCare+ purchased through the Shopee’s Apple Flagship Store must be checked out together with the physical device in a single transaction. 
 
2. When will my AppleCare+ be activated? 
  • Your AppleCare+ coverage will be automatically activated once your order is marked as "Delivered" in the Shopee App, after successful delivery. Please reach out to our customer service if your AppleCare+ is not activated by then.
 
3. What are the key features (period of coverage, hardware coverage, software support) of AppleCare+?

5. When will my AppleCare+ be activated?
  • Your AppleCare+ coverage will be automatically activated once your order is marked as "Delivered" in the Shopee App, after successful delivery.
 
6. Can I cancel my AppleCare+ plan?
  • Yes, you may request to cancel your AppleCare+ plan with Shopee within 30 days from the activation date.
  • Please note that there are two options to cancel your AppleCare+:

    (a) Submit a Return/Refund request for your device. AppleCare+ will be automatically cancelled if the device is returned or the order is cancelled, as the plan is tied to the device.

    (b) AppleCare+ cancellation only - Contact the seller directly through chat or Shopee chatbox to request cancellation of AppleCare+ only.
 
7 . Can Shopee help me cancel AppleCare+?
  • Shopee will assist with your cancellation only if the request is made within 30 days from your AppleCare+ activation date.
 
8. What if I want to cancel after 30 days?
  • If your request is made after 30 days, our customer service team will direct you to contact Apple Support directly, to proceed with your AppleCare+ cancellation. Apple may apply a pro-rated refund or charge based on their policy. 
 
9. Can I change my mind after submitting a cancellation request?
  • No. Once a cancellation request is submitted, it is final and cannot be withdrawn, changed, or reversed.
  • The AppleCare+ plan also cannot be reinstated after cancellation.
 
10. How long does cancellation take?
  • Cancellation requests are typically processed within 7–10 working days after submission.
 
11. When will my cancellation be effective?
  • Your AppleCare+ plan will only be considered cancelled once Shopee has fully processed and confirmed the request.
 
12. Will I get a refund after cancellation?
  • If eligible, refunds will be processed in accordance with Apple’s policies. Cancellations within 30 days may be eligible for a full refund, while cancellations after 30 days may be subject to pro-rated charges and any applicable service deductions.
 
13. Cancellation Eligibility & Support
(a) Within 30 Days (Shopee-Assisted Cancellation)
  • Shopee will assist in facilitating AppleCare+ cancellation requests only if the request is initiated within 30 days from the activation date.
(b) After 30 Days (Apple Direct Handling)
  • For cancellation requests made after 30 days from the activation date, Shopee will no longer facilitate the process.
  • Buyers will be required to contact Apple Support directly for assistance.
  • Apple may apply a pro-rated refund or charge in accordance with its policies.
 
14. Irrevocable Cancellation Request
  • Upon submission of a cancellation request for AppleCare+ via Seller Chat or Seller Chatbot, such request shall be deemed final, binding, and irrevocable.
  • Buyers shall not be entitled to withdraw, amend, reverse, or reinstate the AppleCare+ plan under any circumstances.
 
15. Cancellation Processing Timeline
  • Shopee will process all valid cancellation requests within 7–10 working days from the date of successful submission.
  • The cancellation shall only take effect upon full processing and confirmation by Shopee. 
 
16. Acknowledgement 
  • By submitting a cancellation request, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the above terms and understands that the AppleCare+ plan will be terminated accordingly.
