You can now top up Ads Credit to run Ads and boost your store visibility on ShopeeFood!
 
Ads Credit is an additional backup balance used when your store income is not sufficient to run ads. This ensures your ads can continue running smoothly without interruption. With Ads Credit, you can now run ads anytime without being limited by your Merchant Wallet balance or reaching out to BD for offline funding.

1. How to Access Ads Page
Follow these steps to access the Ads Tool:

 

2. Top-Up Ads Credit
To start running ads, you need to top up your Ads Credit.

You can top up your Ads Credit using the following methods:

1. Bank Transfer 
2. Merchant Wallet (from daily income)
3. Reward Balance (limited validity period, based on ShopeeFood store performance rewards)

 

You may also enable Auto Top-Up Setup, which will automatically top up your Ads Credit when your balance is insufficient.

⚠️ Please note:

• All amounts shown are exclusive of 8% SST.
• Top-ups are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• You can pause ads anytime, and unused credit will not be deducted after ads are stopped.

 

3. Types of Ads Available
You can use the Ad Tool to create customized advertisements and reach more customers. There are 3 types of Ads available:

1. Search Ad: Customers will see your ad at the top of search results.
2. Recommendation Ad: Customers will see your ad on the homepage and listing page.
3. Search & Recommendation Ad: Customers will see your ad at all store feeds (homepage/search results/ listing).

 

4. How to Set Up Ads
Once you have confirmed the Ad type, click Create and set your preferred details:

 

💡Tips:

• You can set your Cost Per Click (CPC) ranging from RM0.18 (minimum) to RM1.80 (maximum).
• You may also set a Daily Budget to better control your ad performance and daily spending.

 

5. How to Pause or Edit Ads
You can pause or edit your ongoing ads anytime from the My Ads dashboard.
