3. When will my votes expire?

Unused daily voting chances expire at 11:59 PM each day and do not roll over to the next day. 

For the ShopeePay app:

Go to the ShopeePay homepage and tap on “Fiesta Bola” in the Home Circle section. Alternatively, you may tap “View All” and select “Fiesta Bola” under the Featured section.

For the Shopee app:

Go to Me Page > ShopeePay and tap on “Fiesta Bola” in the Home Circle section. Alternatively, you may tap “View All” and select “Fiesta Bola” under the Featured section.

5. How can I get voting chances? 

You can claim free daily voting chances: 1x on the Shopee app or 5x on the ShopeePay app every day. To earn extra voting chances, simply complete Daily Tasks or invite friends to participate.

6. What missions are available to get extra votes?

There are several mission options to get extra voting chances, such as making transactions, linking your account to merchants, and other missions.

7. Why didn't I receive votes after completing a Daily Task?

To earn votes, you must first visit the ShopeePay Fiesta Bola game landing page and complete the "Daily Check-in for Free Votes" task. Any task or transaction completed before doing so will not be eligible for Daily Task rewards or votes. 

8. Can I vote more than once for the same match?

Yes, you may use more than one voting chance for the same match. However, you can only vote for one match outcome per match. 

9.  When is the final deadline to cast a vote? 

Users can cast their votes before the match starts, based on the official match schedule. 

10. What options can I choose from in the voting?

During the Group Stage, you can vote for either team to win or select a draw. From the Elimination Stage onwards, you can only vote for one of the two competing teams.

11. Can I change a vote that has already been confirmed?

No, once you click "Confirm Vote", the vote is considered successful and cannot be amended or cancelled. 

Points can be converted during the designated Trivia Periods below:

Reward Points will be converted into Shopee Coins based on the following formula:
(Eligible User’s reward points earned ÷ total reward points earned by all Eligible Users during the relevant phase) × applicable Shopee Coins Rewards

Example:
If an Eligible User earns 30 reward points during the Group Stage, and the total reward points distributed to all Eligible Users during the same phase is 3,000 points, with an applicable Shopee Coins pool of 3,000,000 Shopee Coins, the Eligible User shall be entitled to:
(30 ÷ 3,000) × 3,000,000 = 30,000 Shopee Coins

19. What are 'Redeemable Points'?

Points from the previous phase that can be instantly converted into Shopee Coins.

20. What are 'Non-Redeemable Points'?

Points from the current ongoing phase can only be exchanged for Shopee Coins after that phase ends.

21. When will my points expire?

Points must be redeemed during the immediate next phase's Trivia Period. Unredeemed points will expire and forfeit automatically if missed. 

22. What are Milestone Reward Tiers?

The Milestone Reward Tiers are community goals that unlock more Shopee Coins for the Trivia event as more users participate. A total reward of up to 50,000,000 Shopee Coins is available on a first-come, first-served basis. 

As major milestones are hit, the reward tier expands for all upcoming phases:

• Example 1: If total participation reaches 500k users during the 2nd Group Stage phase, the coin reward increases from 3 million to 6 million.
• Example 2: If we hit 1 million users early (e.g., during the Round of 32), the larger coin reward for all subsequent phases (e.g., 10 million, 12 million, and 16 million) will unlock ahead of schedule.

23.  What is the Fiesta Bola Leaderboard for, and how do I enter this leaderboard?

The Fiesta Bola Leaderboard captures the top 100 users' cumulative points earned to award them with bonus prizes. To enter, you must earn reward points by voting for the teams in the matches.

24.  Who will be eligible for the leaderboard? 

To qualify for a leaderboard ranking and win bonus prizes, you must be eKYC verified and have placed a minimum of 50 votes during the campaign.

25. When will my leaderboard ranking refresh? 

The leaderboard refreshes daily at 6:00 PM. Your updated ranking and position will be visible once all reward points for the day have been successfully dispatched.

26. What are the Leaderboard prizes? 

The top 100 users will win the following physical or voucher rewards (limit of one Bonus Prize per eligible user): 

Once the leaderboard finalises, qualified winners must answer a trivia question correctly to be eligible for their bonus prizes.

27. Where can I see the winner's announcement?

Winners will be notified via App Push Notifications and announced on the official ShopeePay Instagram account (@shopeepay_my).

28. How long is the time limit to claim the Bonus Prize?

Winners must claim their Bonus Prize within eight (8) weeks from the official announcement date. Unclaimed prizes after this period will be forfeited.
