To pay your SPayLater bills, you can use multiple payment methods on the SPayLater page in the Shopee App:
Access SPayLater via the Shopee or ShopeePay app
Steps to make a payment:
After a successful payment, you'll receive a notification in the Finance Updates folder, and your SPayLater limit should update within 24 hours.
⚠️Note: If your SPayLater limit isn't updated or the bill paid for is still shown under the Amount to Pay page after payment, contact Shopee Customer Service via the channels at the bottom of the page.
If you want to make an early payment for 1 month or multiple months. Keep in mind that processing fees won't be waived for early repayment.
Steps for Early Payment:
View a full list of your transactions on the SPayLater Transaction History page.
Go to the SPayLater > Latest Transactions. You can filter the transaction history by type of transactions and period.
You'll find different labels for SPayLater transactions:
Outgoing transactions:
Incoming transactions:
Select any relevant transaction item to view more details.
⚠️Note: If you face technical issues during payment, try closing and reopening the Shopee App. Try troubleshooting if this doesn't work
If a payment process is incomplete, check your SPayLater page or contact Shopee Customer Service via the channels at the bottom of the page.
