[Shopee Guarantee] How do I check the remaining Shopee Guarantee period for my order?

You may check your Shopee Guarantee period for your order under Order Status section on Order Details Page.

Step 1: Go to the Me tab

Step 2: Select To Ship if your order is not yet shipped or To Receive if your order is shipped but not delivered

Step 3: Select the order to check on the Shopee Guarantee period. 

Step 4: Check your Shopee Guarantee expiry date by clicking on the Expected Delivery Date shown in Order Status section.  

 

⚠️ Note:

 

  • Actual title in Order Status section may vary according to the order status. 
  • For orders made under integrated channels (Shopee Supported Logistics), Shopee Guarantee will not expire before it is delivered. Find our more about our Logistic Partners here.

 

How to check Shopee Guarantee period if my order is delivered?

 

Once your order is delivered, go to the Order Details page. You will see the Shopee Guarantee period displayed under the section that indicates how long you have to request for a return/refund.

⚠️ Note:

 

  • The actual title in Shopee Guarantee panel may vary based on the type of delivery channel. 
  • Please note that the exact number of days for your order's Shopee Guarantee Period is fifteen (15) days from the Order Delivered Date for both mall and non-mall sellers.
