Offering discounts is a great way to attract more customers to your ShopeeFood store, and this guide will show you how to create new item discounts using the Shopee Partner App.

How to create New Item Discount?
Step 1: In the Shopee Partner app, go to the 'Promotion' tab and create an 'Item Discount'.
Step 2: Enter the discount period and provide the details of the discount you wish to create. Once you have confirmed the details, tap on 'Next' to proceed.
⚠️ Note:
- The Start Time cannot be earlier than the current time.
- Discounts can be set either by amount or percentage.
- Discounts can be limited to a specific stock count (once the stock limit is reached, customers can only buy the item at its original price).
- You can set up discounts with different amounts or percentages within 1 campaign promotion period by tapping on 'Add Item Discount'.
Step 3: Once you have entered all the necessary details, a preview of the item discounts will be displayed. After confirming the promotion period and item discounts, tap 'Submit' to finalise your request.
How to view/manage your item discount?
Once your discount is successfully created, it will appear in the 'My Promotions' tab, where you can view your ongoing, upcoming, and past promotions.
You can view, delete, or edit your upcoming and ongoing promotions, with edits only available for those created by you via the partner app. Additionally, you may duplicate any past promotion you've created through the partner app.
