Attract more customers to your ShopeeFood store with item discounts! How to create new item discounts?  

Step 1: In the partner app, go to the “Promotions” tab and create an “Item Discount”

Step 2: Enter the details of the discount you wish to create. Once confirming the details of the discount,tap on “Next”.

⚠️ Note

1. The Start Time cannot be earlier than the current time.
2. Discounts can be set either by amount or percentage.
3. Discounts can be limited to a specific stock count (once the stock limit is reached, customers can only buy the item at its original price).
4. You can set up discounts with different amounts or percentages within 1 campaign promotion period by tapping on ”Add Item Discount”.

Step 3: After you have entered all the necessary details, a preview of the item discounts will be displayed. Once confirming the promotion period and item discounts, tap on "Submit".

How to view/manage your item discount?

Once your discount is successfully created, it will be shown in the “My Promotions” tab where you can view your ongoing promotions, upcoming promotions as well as past promotions that have ended.

You may view, delete or edit your upcoming and ongoing promotions. Only promotions made by you via the partner app can be edited.

You may also duplicate a past promotion that you have made. You can only duplicate promotions that you have made in the past via the partner app.
