[ShopeeFood Merchant] How to manage Menu Dishes via the Partner App?

Easily manage your menu by adding, editing, or deleting dishes in the partner app. Follow these steps to ensure your menu is up-to-date!

1. How to Add a New Dish?
Step 1: In the 'Menu' section of the Partner app, tap '+Add'.
Step 2: Select 'Add Dish'.
Step 3: Provide the relevant information for your dish which includes Name, Picture, Price, Category and Description. You may also toggle other settings such as Display Status, Stock Availability, Stock Level and Time for Sale.
Step 4: Upon completion, tap on 'Save'.

2. How to Edit a Dish?

Step 1: In the Partner app, click the dish you wish to edit in the 'Menu' tab. 

Step 2: Change the details of your dish accordingly which includes Name, Price, Category, and Description. You may also toggle other settings such as Display Status, Stock Availability, and Time for Sale.

Step 3: Upon completion, tap on 'Save'.

πŸ’‘ Tip: To make your dish visible on your page, please make sure the:

  • Display Status is 'Show'
  • Stock Availability is 'Available'
  • Time for Sale is 'All the day'

 

3. How to Delete a Dish?

Step 1: In the Partner app, click the dish you wish to delete in the 'Menu' tab.

Step 2: If you wish to remove the dish from your menu, go to the bottom of the page and tap on 'Delete Dish'.

Step 3: Once confirmed for deletion, click β€˜Delete’.

4. How to Bulk Update Dish Status (Available / Unavailable)

Step 1: In the 'Menu' section of the Partner App, click 'Bulk Manage'.

Step 2: Choose Dishes

    • Option 1: Select individual dishes by checking the box next to each one.
    • Option 2: Use the category filter to select multiple dishes within a specific category (e.g., Appetizers, Main Courses, Desserts, etc.). 

Step 3: Set the Status for all selected dishes

    • Set as Available – Mark the selected dishes as available for ordering.
    • Set as Unavailable – Mark the selected dishes as unavailable for ordering.

Step 4: Specify Duration (for Unavailable Status Only). If setting the status to Unavailable, choose one of the following options:

    • Today – Dish will be unavailable for the rest of the day.
    • Turn off Forever – Dish will be marked as unavailable permanently.
    • Other Time – Set a specific duration for when the dish will be unavailable (e.g., hours, days, or a custom time frame).

Step 5: Confirm & Apply

  • Review your selections to ensure they are correct.
  • Click 'Yes, Confirm' to finalize and update the status for all selected dishes.

πŸ“Œ Additional Notes: 

  • You can select multiple dishes at once by checking the boxes next to each one, or by using the category filter to select all dishes in a specific category.
  • When marking dishes as unavailable, ensure the correct duration option is selected.
  • Once you confirm the status update, changes will be immediately reflected in the system. 

 

5. How to Rank a Dish / Category?

5.1 - Rank a Dish 

Step 1: In the 'Menu' section of the Partner app, click β€˜Rank’.
Step 2: Click β€˜Rank Dish’.
Step 3: You can move the dishes by tapping the β€˜Up’ or β€˜Down’ arrow according to your preference.
Step 4: Once confirmed with the rankings, click β€˜Save’.

5.2 - Rank a Category

Step 1: In the 'Menu' section of the Partner app, click β€˜Rank’.

Step 2: Click β€˜Rank Category’.

Step 3: You can move the categories by tapping the β€˜Up’ or β€˜Down’ arrow according to your preference.

Step 4: Once confirmed with the rankings, click β€˜Save’.

6. How to Add / Edit / Delete a Category?

6.1 - Add a Category

Step 1: In the β€˜Menu' section of the Partner app, click β€˜+Add’.

Step 2: Click β€˜Add Category’.

Step 3: Fill in the category name.

Step 4: Once done, proceed to click β€˜Save’.

6.2 - Edit a Category

Step 1: In the 'Menu' section of the Partner app, click β€˜Edit Category’.

Step 2: Choose your preferred category to edit.

Step 3: You can change the category name accordingly.

Step 4: Once confirmed, proceed to click β€˜Save’.

6.3 - Delete a Category

Step 1: In the 'Menu' section of the Partner app, click β€˜Edit Category’.

Step 2: Choose your preferred category to delete.

Step 3: Click β€˜Delete Category’. A pop-up message will appear informing you to confirm that all dishes under this category will be deleted.

Step 4: Once confirmed, proceed to click β€˜Delete All’.

If you're unable to add/edit/delete your dish via the Partner app, learn how to submit a manual menu/content change request or bulk add/update your menu easily via the Partner Web Portal.

 

Once you've successfully created or edited your dish, it'll be reviewed by a member of the ShopeeFood team accordingly. It'll take up to 1 business day for your dish to be reviewed.

 

Please remember to always follow our menu content policy and guidelines which can be viewed on the Help Center. Failure to do so will result in the rejection of your dish.
