These are the 3 steps to become a ShopeePay merchant and launch ShopeePay payments at your store: 
 
Step 1: Sign up via the Shopee Partner Registration Form  
Step 2: Set up the Shopee Partner App on your store's mobile device 
Step 3: Publicise ShopeePay payments at your store 
 
Signing up as a ShopeePay merchant 

After submitting the  Shopee Partner Registration Form, the Shopee team will reach out within 7 working days to finalise the terms of partnership, including any service fees and taxes that apply.

 
You'll be provided with more detailed instructions, ShopeePay publicity materials, and login credentials for the Shopee Partner App.

If you do not receive a response, make sure that you have submitted all required documents and information. Contact Shopee Customer Service via the channels at the bottom of the page if you still don’t receive a response. 
 
Setting up the Shopee Partner App 

The App will be your one-stop management tool for receiving payments and reviewing your income.

 
Download the  Shopee Partner Registration Form (available on Android, iOS, and HarmonyOS).

 
Log in to your ShopeePay Merchant account using the credentials provided during the registration process.
