[Shipping Returns] Will the shipping costs for my return parcel be covered by Shopee?

Free Returns 

 

The shipping cost for returns will be covered fully for orders purchased if you return via Drop-Off at Pos Laju, J&T Express, Flash Express and SPX Express.

When you raise a return refund request, you can obtain the Return Label / Return Airway Bill from the app directly (for Poslaju returns).

 

Additionally, you can also choose the Pick-Up option if available. The shipping cost for returns will also be covered fully for orders purchased if you returned via Pick-Up at SPX Express, J&T Cargo or Flash Express.

Self Arrange

 

Your return shipping cost will be borne by yourself if you return your order using the Self Arrange option. Shopee will reimburse you for the shipping cost only under certain circumstances (e.g. there is no SPX Express, J&T, Flash Express and Pos Laju near your location/ your item is bulky & not accepted by SPX Express, J&T and Pos Laju).

 

Once you have returned a parcel using Self Arrange, input your Carrier and tracking number via Input Shipping Info on the Return/Refund Details page on the Shopee App. Then, upload the relevant shipping document that proves you have shipped back the parcel (e.g. return air waybill/ consignment note/ shipping receipt and the picture of the item you dropped off), and click Submit.
