The refund process is different for each payment method used:

Vouchers used will be refunded to the buyer for full refund cases only.
Shopee Coins used will be refunded fully for full refunds and partially for partial refunds.

How to check your refund status?
You may check on the latest status by following these steps:
1. From Shopee App, Click "Me" and then Click on "My Purchases"
2. Find your order under the "Return/Refund" Tab
3. Select the order by clicking on "View Details’"
4. You will be able to see the status of your Return/Refund request from this page
