[Return Refund] When will I receive my refund?

  • You are encouraged to use Shopee Pay in next purchase to get instant refund when raising a Return / Refund.
  • The same refund timeline applies to Digital Product purchases.
  • Vouchers used will be refunded to the buyer for full refund cases only.

  • Shopee Coins used will be refunded fully for full refunds and partially for partial refunds.

  • Please check your case regularly and respond quickly if the Shopee Agent asks for more evidence.

  • If the seller wants to negotiate before you return the item, you will have 1 calendar day to accept or counter the offer.
  • If neither you nor the seller responds within 1 calendar day, you will need to return the item as originally approved.

You may check on the latest status by following these steps:

1. From Shopee App, Click "Me" and then Click on "My Purchases"
2. Find your order under the "Return/Refund" Tab
3. Select the order by clicking on "View Details’"
4. You will be able to see the status of your Return/Refund request from this page
